Training Programs
(Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, 10K & 5K)

We are forming our next team for the Fontana Day's Run (The World's Fastest 1/2 Marathon) and 5K on June 5th, 2010.

1/2 Marathon training will last 16 weeks, starting February 15, 2010, while the 5K training will last 6 weeks starting on April 26, 2010. Program includes weekly training calendar, weekly training tips, monthly guest speakers and/or presentations and/or workshops, 1-2 group training sessions per month location TBD (mainly West Valley), and unlimited access to coach via email and/or phone. We will also be available for additional in-person training sessions as needed, based on availability and need.

We will be forming a second team for the Disneyland 1/2 Marathon and 5K on the weekend of September 5th, 2010.

Online Programs

We offer a variety of online training programs; triathlon, swimming, cycling, running.

**Note: Do you have a race that is sooner or later than the training programs listed below? If so, no worries, contact us with your race schedule and goals and we can offer alternative programs and pricing that fit your individual needs.

Online Triathlon Coaching Programs

These programs are designed for the self-motivated athlete wanting the best in Multi-Sport online coaching. An initial consultation with a coach will help to determine your goals. An individualized program based on your fitness assessment will be emailed on a weekly basis, as a means to help you peak on race day. Coaching includes a schedule for all three disciplines (swimming, cycling and running), tailored heart rate training zones, unlimited email communication and two athlete initiated phone calls per month. Sprint Distance $119.00

12 week program: this program is designed for beginner or intermediate triathletes that possess self-motivation and determination to train for sprint distance triathlons. New to the sport or maybe you have a few races under your belt and are ready to start taking it seriously, then this is the program for you. Take the guess work out of your "so called training plan" and get a structured training program that fits your individual goals.

International/Olympic Distance $159.00

16 week program: ready to increase your athletic abilities? Looking for a greater challenge, yet not quite ready for the half-iron distance? If you answered yes to either or both, then we have the program for you!  This 16 week intensive program will guide you safely from your current training schedule to a more strenuous training plan. As we know, most injuries in sports happen when the athlete over-trains or trains unsafely.  This program is designed to ensure that an athlete trains to their specific goal and ability and does so by using the periodization method of training. 

Half-Iron Distance $199.00

20 week program: if you are reading this program and are seriously considering it, then you are ready to take your training to the next level.  This is a great program for those with several Sprint and/or International triathlons under their belt and want to achieve a goal that many only dream about.  Though not quite the Iron-Distance, this program offers an individualized tailored training plan to help you compete in a half-iron distance triathlon. Maybe you are that athlete the does not have the time to commit training for an iron-distance race or maybe you have no desire to compete in one, at least not yet.  Regardless the reasons, this is a great program for those looking to achieve such goals as, compete and complete an half-iron distance triathlon and is a great stepping stone for an iron distance triathlon in the future.

Individual tailored training programs designed to meet the goals of each athlete.   Are you training for your first triathlon or have several races under your belt and are looking to improve your overall time?
