Sheri Erwin, Conditioning Trainer/Coach/Yoga Instructor
She has worked over 20 years in the medical field and brings her passion for fitness and wellness together as the main owner of Bodyz En Motion, LLC. She is dedicated to promoting health and the prevention of illness through mind and body improvement programs. She teaches many of the classes offered at the studio, as well as one-on-one personal training, yoga and nutrition counseling.
Daniel Erwin, Conditioning Trainer/Coach
He has 20+ years of personal experience training, participating, and coaching in the areas of triathlon, running, swimming, cycling, strength training, stretching, and functional training. He has completed over 150 triathlons, running, and/or cycling events. He has coached people with no experience who have gone on to complete their 1st Ironman and/or marathon. He is also one of the owners of Bodyz En Motion, LLC.
He is trained in massage therapy and is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant. He is also a Certified Running Coach - RRCA.

He has worked with several professional athletes, from professional IronMan athletes and the Seattle Sounders MLS soccer team, and he is the Chiropractor for the Labs M.M.A. fighting team.
His passion is the prevention, maintenance and rehabilitation of sports injuries, as well as helping people take control of their health through education, exercise, diet as well as Chiropractic care.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, working out, and playing as well as coaching soccer.
